 Guitars Antiqua Music Program

Guitars Antiqua Music Program is a nonprofit, after-school music program that focuses on teaching children music education through the study of the classical guitar.  Our 100 % tuition free program works along with parents, teachers, and community members to establish a fun, safe and welcoming environment to all of our students.  Our goal is to demonstrate our community the importance of music education for children and provide them the opportunity to learn about the beautiful world of music.

Our Mission

The mission of Guitars Antiqua Music Program is to provide children the opportunity to explore life with music through the study of the guitar in a welcoming environment where everyone can feel safe to express themselves without judgment. We nurture the appreciation of music by advocating commitment, motivation, and involvement.

Great News!

This November 2023, we joined a new partnership with the LA County Department of Parks and Recs as Core Community Partners!  We will be conducting guitar classes once again at Bodger Park, the place where it all started for Guitars Antiqua MP.  For more information about classes dates and times, please email us at info@guitarsantiqua.org
